From the intersection of First Street and Ickes Avenue, looking northeast, a part of the area to be developed as an extension to the Right 230-kv Switchyard. First Street is to the right, Ickes Avenue enters from the left. The contractor has removed all the trees along First Steet, preparatory to moving out of the temporary type "A" houses.
