President Obama said he did not know but took a dig at Republicans and said the following: “Part of it is, what they’ll [Republicans] say is, ‘We like infrastructure but we don’t like to pay for it.’ And one of the things I’ve been trying to get across here is we don’t need a huge government, but we need government doing some basic things.”
