Somebody needs to WARN President Trump about this ASAP. Ok, I will…
It is imperative that the Trump administration takes back the narrative of why the American people elected him to the White House in the first place. The two most important messages — policy focuses — that must be regained and emphasized are economic growth and national security. There is a wholehearted, full court press to undermine the Trump administration before it even starts. If this nefarious and egregious level of interference and undermining had been done to the Obama administration in February 2009 by the Republican minority, there would have been such screeching. And to challenge Obama on a trillion-dollar stimulus spending plan is completely different from the purposeful obstructionism of providing the chief executive of our nation a cabinet.

Senior US officials have been setting out their position on Russia, in some of the new administration's first diplomatic moves. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the US would consider working with Russia in some areas but would stand up for its own interests. Meanwhile, US Defence Secretary James Mattis said Washington was not ready to collaborate militarily with Moscow. Mr Tillerson met Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of a G20 meeting in Germany as part of his first foreign trip in his new job.

The FDA Thinks Pop Tarts Are Healthier Than Avocados
According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Frosted Flakes cereal and Pop Tarts are healthy foods, but foods containing large amounts of nuts are not. However, the FDA might be changing its tune. Currently, in order to use the term “healthy” on a product’s packaging, the product in question must not exceed three grams of fat. However, this means products like almonds and avocados, which both have enormous health benefits, would be considered, “unhealthy” by the FDA’s standards.

NO AUTHORITY OVER DIVINE LAW
The norms for abstention on St. Patrick’s Day provide an important insight into the ongoing divide over Amoris Laetitia. What Christ’s Church binds on earth is bound in heaven, what she loosens is eternally loosed. But the Church cannot act contrary to revelation. She cannot upend truth, and call it mercy. She has authority over corned beef and Guinness, but no such authority over the bread of life.

Biology Isn’t Bigotry: Why Sex Matters in the Age of Gender Identity
As gender identity ordinances and bathroom battles sweep the nation, ordinary Americans have had to confront the question of whether their long-standing beliefs about the sexes are based on biology or bigotry. While the debate has polarized many, it has also served to unite exceptionally unlikely allies. In something of an historical first, self-professed radical feminists and conservative women are tabling their ideological differences and standing in solidarity against gender identity legislation, which they have come to recognize as threatening the civil rights of women.

Florist Who Declined Gay Wedding Request Loses Her Case, Promises Appeal to the Supreme Court
An appellate court unanimously ruled against Barronelle Stutzman, the Washington florist who declined to make flower arrangements for a same-sex couple’s wedding because of her religious beliefs. Lawyers for Stutzman told The Daily Signal they plan to appeal the Washington state Supreme Court ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Senate Democrats Hold Up Cabinet Nominee for Special Interest Bailout
What does Robert Lighthizer, President Donald Trump’s nominee for U.S. trade representative, have to do with pension and health care benefits for one group of retired coal miners? Nothing. But that hasn’t stopped congressional Democrats from holding up a necessary waiver on Lighthizer’s confirmation by insisting on attaching it to a completely unrelated bill that would provide an unprecedented federal bailout of private pensions.

The Real Crime in the Michael Flynn Saga
The leaks of highly classified information that helped take down Flynn were egregious and illegal. The deliberate, orchestrated, and criminal leaks in this case must be investigated. And the leakers must be held to account.

Neil Gorsuch’s Proven Track Record of Protecting Religious Liberty
President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch is a solid originalist and textualist when it comes to interpreting the Constitution and statutory authority. This alone is reason to believe he will be a good Supreme Court justice, but his strong rulings on religious liberty only bolster his qualifications. On this issue, he has a strong judicial track record both in his votes and written opinions.

Polls Showing Approval of Dodd-Frank Financial Agency Are Highly Misleading
With President Donald Trump and congressional Republicans taking steps to undo Dodd-Frank financial regulations, one agency at the heart of Dodd-Frank has become the object of increased attention. That agency is known as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. It was created by the Dodd-Frank law passed in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis.

Liberals Now Actively Protesting In SUPPORT Of The Police State
In the wake of the sudden resignation of Michael Flynn as national security adviser, some Republicans in Congress have signaled that they plan to investigate the illegal leaks that led to the ouster of the decorated three-star general. Specifically, House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) has publicly stated his intent to investigate the surveillance that led to Flynn’s resignation as well as the actual illegal leaks to the corporate media. Astonishingly, so-called progressive groups are now actively attacking Nunes in a shocking display of “liberals” openly protesting in support of the deep state! You can’t make this up folks, Soros-funded leftists are now learning to love the deep state in their scorched earth, by whatever means necessary, operation to take out Donald Trump.

The U.S. House voted 228 to 188 Thursday to overturn President Obama’s mandate forcing states to fund abortion giant Planned Parenthood. H.J. Res. 43, sponsored by Rep. Diane Black, passed with bipartisan support, and would reverse Obama’s parting gift to the abortion industry. When it was passed in the waning days of his presidency, media reports proclaimed that Obama had made a permanent law preventing states from defunding Planned Parenthood. Black’s measure, however, allows states to use family planning funds under Title X in ways that do not support groups committing abortion — like Planned Parenthood.

In yet another example of the egregious failure of ObamaCare, major insurer Humana announced on Tuesday that it will drop out of the individual health insurance market for 2018. Limbaugh: ‘Masterful’ Trump Reassured America, Toyed With Media
Talk show host Rush Limbaugh on Thursday said President Donald Trump’s “masterful” press conference was one of the most effective press conferences he had ever seen. “The press is going to hate him even more after this. Don’t misunderstand. When I say effective, I’m talking about rallying people who voted for him to stay with him,” Limbaugh said, noting that Trump made a point of “reassuring the people he’s on top of everything. Nothing has changed. Everything he campaigned on, he is doing. All he is doing is fulfilling campaign promises. And of course, the Democrats don’t like him. Of course, the media don’t like him. It isn’t going to stop him.”
