On the back of the following picture is this note: "This is you crossing the river with Mr. Wynhoff." It is the Plum Ferry on the Columbia River; but there is no indication of who "you" is.

I do not know who Amos Berg was, or why the next to pictures are in the family album. The location appears to be at Sam Seaton's Ferry, or possibly the Elmer Seaton Ferry.
