Spokane Police have arrested a suspect in the theft of dozens of bags of cat food from Spokanimal earlier this month. On January 17, police received a tip that an individual had stolen cat food from Spokanimal, located at 710 N. Napa. The tipster also gave police a location to where they could find the suspect.
