Christians in Pakistan Observe Somber Christmas Celebrations
Christians in Peshawar, Pakistan observed the Christmas holiday this year in a somber fashion in remembrance of the September suicide bombing of All Saints Church. On September 22, two suicide bombers attacked the 130 year old church as church-goers were exiting a morning service. Over 130 Christians were killed in the blast and more than 150 were seriously injured. This attack marked the single most deadly attack on Christian in Pakistan's history. In remembrance of the victims, the pictures of the dead were posted all over All Saints Church. Please pray that 2014 is a more peaceful year for Christians in Pakistan.
