     Owners have included Howard and Gladys Andrews.

Dry Falls Cafe Changes Hands

     The Dry Falls Cafe was recently sold by Mr. & Mrs. howard Andrews to Mr. & Mrs. Noland Fuller of Ephrata.
     The Fullers, who have had no previous restaurant experience, took over operation of the cafe August 1. They extend a cordial welcome to all past customers to come out and get acquainted.
     Mr. & Mrs. Howard Andrews, the former owners, have moved to Ephrata for the time being.  Their future plans are indefinite.
     The Fullers have two boys who will be attending school in Coulee City.
