‘They Attacked God Himself’: A Message for Seven Christians Murdered in Libya
In Libya, armed gangs and lawlessness have become increasingly common in the two years since the removal of Muammar Gaddafi. The interim government has not been able to implement a stable political solution, nor have they been able to control the Islamic militant groups that have been active throughout the country. “Libya in particular is now a failing nation with a very weak government and the Jihadist gangs in control of the street,” Hal Meawad, spokesman for Coptic Solidarity, told ICC. There are multiple groups active in the country, but those operating under the label Ansar al-Sharia (Partisans of Islamic Law) have been implicated in a number of the most brutal attacks targeting both Christians and Westerners living in the country.

Your Stomach And Digestive Tract Can Collect Significant Amounts of Wax and Chemicals By Using These Daily
As a society, we just can't seem to shake our excessive use for disposable cups in exchange for our convenience. If you use your own glass cup or mug, you’re as safe as the water you drink. Take that same drink from a foam cup or plastic cup and it is a very different story. Different variations of polyethylene and paraffin line almost every disposable cup on the market. These linings, especially among low quality cups can indeed melt and get into your digestive tract leading to gastrointestinal disorders and other health issues.
Coconut Oil Is The Superfood of All Oils
[from 16 Jun 2013] The health benefits of coconut oil include hair care, skin care, stress relief, maintaining cholesterol levels, weight loss, increased immunity, proper digestion and metabolism, relief from kidney problems, heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, HIV and cancer, dental care, and bone strength. These benefits of oil can be attributed to the presence of lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid, and its properties such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-fungal, antibacterial and soothing properties.

First-ever 3-D image created of the structure beneath Sierra Negra volcano
The Galápagos Islands are home to some of the most active volcanoes in the world, with more than 50 eruptions in the last 200 years. Yet until recently, scientists knew far more about the history of finches, tortoises, and iguanas than of the volcanoes on which these unusual fauna had evolved. Now research is providing a better picture of the subterranean plumbing system that feeds the Galápagos volcanoes.

Non-investigation comes full circle
An investigation, or lack thereof, of missing public records and a town computer has been to Olympia and back via Waterville, where it may soon end up anyway. Coulee Dam Mayor F. Gregory Wilder, finding nothing but a brand new, unused computer in the mayor’s office on his first day on the job, asked Douglas County Sheriff Harvey Gjesdal for an investigation into the disappearance of the former mayor’s computer, along with all the public records it contained, including emails.
