Mont Blanc: Glacier in danger of collapse, experts warn
Italian authorities have closed roads and evacuated mountain huts after experts warned that part of a glacier on Mont Blanc could collapse. About 250,000 cubic metres of ice are in danger of breaking away from the Planpincieux glacier on the Grandes Jorasses peak, officials said.

China Bears Watching — Even at the UN
When China places its nationals in the U.N. system, it expects them to further Beijing’s interests, not the mission of the organizations they work for. The U.S. will quietly distribute yet another message at the U.N. meeting: “Keep an eye on what China is doing at — and to — the U.N.” If China is allowed to run wild at the U.N., only Beijing will benefit.

In May 2018, three Democrat senators asked Ukraine to help investigate President Trump vis-à-vis Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of “Russian meddling” in the 2016 election. Their goal was proving “collusion” between Russia and the Trump campaign to defeat Hillary Clinton, a tale the Democrats and the Fake News media manufactured to reverse the results of the 2016 election. Mueller’s long investigation found zero collusion, but the important point here is that three Democrats sought Ukraine’s help to investigate Trump. Yet Democrats want to impeach Trump for making a similar request.
Trump Extolled “Patriots” Over “Globalists” — But Should Have Gone Further
Addressing the UN General Assembly on September 24, President Trump said something widely applauded by defenders of U.S. sovereignty: “the future does not belong to globalists. The future belongs to patriots.” Continuing, Trump said other things supporting national sovereignty. ... While each of these concepts is noble, Trump’s recitation of them at the UN is ironic, since the UN was created by globalists (many of them members of the internationalist Council on Foreign Relations, or CFR) for the purpose of instituting the global governance, control, and domination that Trump condemned.
