House votes to accuse Obama of withholding Iran documents
The House passed a resolution Thursday contending that President Obama hasn’t provided Congress with all of the documents related to the Iran nuclear deal, thereby violating the terms of the congressional review law. The party-line vote of 245-186 came a day after House GOP leaders recalibrated their strategy to reject the deal following a conservative revolt. It also came the same day Senate Democrats blocked progress on a resolution disapproving the deal.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is doubling down on his push to delay a vote on the Iran nuclear deal, even after Republican leaders dismissed the idea. He argues they should tell the White House that the 60-day clock on congressional consideration of the deal has yet to start because the administration has not sent Congress the text of side deals between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency.

House Republicans just won a major, unexpected victory in a battle with Obama
US District Court Judge Rosemary M. Collyer ruled Wednesday against the Obama administration's motion to dismiss the case. Collyer said House Republicans do have the standing to pursue their challenge, which argues that the Obama administration violated the US Constitution by spending money on the law that had not been appropriated by Congress.
